Spot checked a couple of attorneys for mailbox functionality.

Followed-up with MLls, regarding this weekends remote access.

Verified remote access for new users: GHff, JPffnbrgr, JThms, added them to KTCvpnusers.

Contacted RIM for support on moving the blackberry mailbox to new exchgn server, it went something like this:  Added permissions to blackberry on new exchgn server, stopped bb services, moved mailbox, created new mapi, start services, test, it didn’t work, so we created a whole new bbadmin account, gave it the proper permissions, created it’s mapi and changed all the service to log-on as this user, it worked this time.  Added a calendar task for me to remove that old accoung in 2-months time.

Coordinated with MTrlng regarding moving the conference room mailboxes, moved and tested.

Ejected top tape and ran a manual job on vault ptn6 to the lower tape.

Helped HWt with a downloaded zip of documents, unzipped.

Checked event logs on some servers.

Checked out laptop and projector to JBtty, showed her how to view a dvd on it.

Gave LBryan view permissions to PGhn’s calendar, then showed her how to access it within outlook.

Moved CMsr’s mailbox to new exch server, tested blackberry and owa.

Helped CNitsche with her laptop, battery/power issues.

Helped HWhite with a zip file, well didn’t really help, it just opened for her.

IMS restarted to clear up CAxelsen, not receiving alerts, that in turn sent out a load of messages to ims users, I sent out an explaination.

Helped LByran with access folders on the g: drive, created a shortcut on her desktop to old CBergson folders.

Researched setting up an iPhone to receive push from exchange 2003, for GHff.

Setup BLarson3, with a KVM, copied over his IE favs and and documents on his old desktop.

Helped CNitsche connect to the 2 canon’s on 29.

Got together with CMonroe about exporting some email for discovery.

Ran immediate.ini for vault on SStinson’s account, ran vault ptn6 backup and then export her contacts out to a pst, which was burned to cd and given to CNitsche.

Followed-up with BLarson, regarding his new wrkstn.

Support call with Andy @ Two Step, regarding Corp. Focus issues.

Helped CAxlsn with Transcription module, she had a couple of voicemails she wanted to transcribe, they appeared in the file level of u:, but not in the application. I call Tom at Efficent, went to her desk, called him again and they were there all of the sudden.

Broke down the A/C setup in the server room.

Looked at why the archiving didn’t happen over the weekend, no backup of PTN6. VM-Flammulina was logged into vm-morchella, morchella was taken off-line on friday night. Logged out and back into VM-Flammulina, fixed the problem.

Setup in 28SW for GBrtn.

Fixed printer by RMreau, it was looking for paper that it didn’t have, someone else sent the job.

Installed Powerconvert on VM-Pleurotus, including MSDE 2000sp3a, shut-down, bumped up RAM to 1GB, turned on.

Tried to run a convert on vm-cyttaria, failed out on 404 error, something about the default website on Pleurotus, Dox fixed me up and got it working.

Went over VM-Tricholoma’s, BP from MS, worksheet, everything looks good on VM-Tricholoma.  I will finish VM-Coprinus’es BP tomorrow.

Spoke to SMydw regarding the discovery she is looking at, it seems CRbsn’s numbers don’t match up to what they were 2/3 days ago.

Helped HWt copy some documents to a laptop using a thumb drive.

Looked into the JBurkhardt corrupt rightfax messages that vault and exchange are not dealing with, she ok’ed the removal of those messages, I deleted them and “Run now” vault on her mailbox.

Reran the tape backup of Vault Str1 Ptn’s 2,3,4, so that 5 can be backed-up on it’s own tape, as it’s the live partition.

Met with Eugene from Seitel Systems, consultant for exchange and other windows related systems.

Installed speakers for MMrss.

Installed Vault extensions on SBwmn and JTrwll’s wrkstn’s as they have been unavailable the last two days.

Ran manual backup of Vault Str1 Ptn5 + indexes, then ran Str1 Ptn4 on same tape, then Ptn3.

Manually ran all of friday night’s backups again, the tape was full, as on account of me forgetting to erase the tape, they all ran successful.

Helped RMreau cust. her outlook, field chooser.

Installed preq’s for exchange 2003 installation on vm-tricholoma.

Verified vault/exchange sizes on new vaulted mailboxes.

Helped PPrks with her desktop, adding a word shortcut.

Received 2 dvd’s from SMydw, contain 2003 pst’s, copied them up to the S: drive, then showed CAxlsn how to convert them using outlook 2003, total size of: lots. Had to remove the “read-only” attributes off the file, then they worked.

Helped JAlyn with her mouse, rebooted, re-installed the driver. worked

Verified Vault str1 ptn4 backup and removal of items from exchange, all looks good.

Helped CMnr with her blackberry, rebooted her handheld and restarted BES services on VM-Fistulina.

Ran an outlook repair on CAN’s outlook, it was crashing when opening a vaulted item.

Copied template_2003 to VirtualServers LUN, created new vm : vm-astracus, installed application services, mail services, .net 3.0 and sharepoint services 3.0.

Added two more ppt’s the laptop in 28SW for the Employment seminar tomorrow.

Helped ALs and RRdclff with their abouttime errors, thanks Marguerite.

Installed CAxlsn’s new wrkstn, copied her fav’s from IE and moved RAM.

Put updated ppt on laptop for TMllr.

Ordered a dual-monitor wall mount for the server room.

Started Acct-EOM backup to disk, when finished, moved it off to tape and booted it out of here.

Tested Vault rather hard on my workstation, it’s really fast pulling up message, but I found an issue when searching, stay tuned for more on that.

Removed coprinus from trend and pushed out agent to boletus.

Logged into AMchll’s wrkstn and cleared the Trend notifications from her desktop and showed her how to do it herself for next time.

Looked into password protecting emails and/or encrypting them, for WMs.

Created OU for one time vault import, add dox and myself to the group, added the ou in vault, setup a policy for that new ou, removed the other two OU’s and changed the site schedule to run tonight 8pm-6am for our two mailboxes.

Visited GBrtn’s wrkstn, it was locked up, rebooted it.
